At twilight the red fox comes out of hiding and sniffs the air. If you look closely you will see other night creatures beginning to emerge whilst the daytime birds prepare to roost in the hawthorn tree.

The birds in the tree are the chough, goldfinch, linnet, wren, and wheatear all found in the English countryside.
